    Owner does not care of customers satisfaction.one day we came back to the room and only one bedroom was made up. Room and beds was not clean not clean daily dirty sheets dirty towels and I always had to ask for the stuff we needed in the room we will never go back there.

    It was just an appropriate option for strolling in Plainview with best value for money ratio. The new lobby is excellent. If you're doing business, try to avoid busy days.

    The staff was very friendly!!

    The room had trash on the table. There was shampoo and bar soap left in the shower, hair in the coffee pot. It was disgusting. I will not stay there again. We had to manually fix our own cable because it was not working at all. The fridge was unplugged and I couldn't keep my insulin in there.

    The carpet in the room was filthy and sticky. The refrigerator in the room didn't work. There were lots of flies in our room on arrival.

    Updated bathroom. Internet was good. The breakfast was good.

    It was overpriced for a outside access building. Noise from cars and people walking by at midnight was too much. The pool was closed this wasn't stated on the website.

    Room not to bad considering age of motel. Maids made bed, took used towels but did not replace. Roaches, noisy lounge attached to motel. Ok when you are really tired and can' t make it to Lubbock or Amarillo.

    The location was convenient to the interstate for ease in getting around.

    The is a club in the hotel so there was some late night traffic noise. If our room had been on the other side of the building, this would not have been an issue.

    Our family had a great stay, especially enjoying the spacious room and the cozy beds that made sleep a breeze. There were nice relaxation options like a heated pool and a calm outdoor sitting area to unwind. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, we were really happy! 😊
